Desktop Technician – Shelby Branch: Role is to provide a point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This can include installing, repairing, maintaining, logging, documenting and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail & remote access software) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. They will also be working with the Third Party Service Provider.

  • Microsoft applications (OS and Office)
  • Printer support experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical staff
  • Prompt, reliable, and willing to work within fluid IT environment
  • Detail oriented Answers questions and solves problems for bank staff concerning all computer hardware and software provided by the bank by listening to problems, collecting data, securing answers and reporting results to the inquiring party. Works with Third Party Service Provider. Working hours and days may vary. Travel to all branch offices will be required. Assists with any other duties as directed or required by Supervisor


Part Time Teller – Shelby Branch:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Records and processes transactions with accuracy and speed. Verifies cash drawer, maintains and safeguards own cash balances within security guidelines. Provides a variety of customer service functions, such as processing savings, checking accounts and loan transactions; opening new accounts, etc. Answers phones and responds to customer questions, takes messages. Possesses the ability to cash checks or process withdrawals within authority limits, and to ensure that the customer has the right to the funds. Performs related clerical tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Rotates among lobby teller windows, drive-up, and ATM duties. Complies with government regulations and BSA. Assists with any other duties as directed or required by Supervisor. Working Days and Hours will vary from week to week. Regular and on time attendance is required. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain positive relationships with others. Ability to perform under pressure, and adapt to changing and possibly stressful environment. Ability to identify, assist with and resolve routine problems that are within a teller’s knowledge. Experience with typewriter, calculator and computer essential. General math skills are required. High School diploma or equivalent required
